1.     Eravikulam National Park:
a.       Eravikulam National Park is the biggest National Park in Kerala
b.      situated in the Devikulam taluk of Idukki district
c.      It was declared a wildlife sanctuary in 1975 and was notified as a National Park in 1978

2.     Silent Valley National Park :

a.      Notified as a National Park in 1984

b.     Situated in Palakkad district

c.      The Lion-tailed Macaque are the endangered specious found here

3.     Mathikettan Shola:

a.      Declared as National Park in November, 2003.

b.     Pooppara village in Idukki district

4.     Anamudi Shola:

a.      The Anamudi Shola National Park constitutes the Mannavan shola, Idivara shola and Pullardi shola

5.     Pampadum Shola :

a.      The smallest National Park in the state

b.     Notified as a National Park in 2004

c.      This park is situated in the Marayoor village of Idukki district
